This weekly trauma-informed yoga class is a fun, dynamic movement class with a focus on learning about the tradition of Hatha Yoga and utilizing the principles of Somatic Experiencing, a framework that supports recovery from stress and trauma. The intention is to support regulating the nervous system, connecting to the 8 senses, and increasing awareness of our incredible bodies through the Surya Namaskara sequence.
