THEME: Women & Femmes in the struggle.

Our open mic is going 5 years strong and this month we honor Women’s History Month. We will ask ourselves, how do we honor the strength of the women & femmes in our life while acknowledging the struggle for equality and safety that they and we experience? Share your stories, rituals, visions, spells, poems, songs, words and medicine during this very special regenerative space for the practice of spirit led art and storytelling.

This is a SAFE SPACE for the amplification of BLACK+BROWN+INDIGENOUS Voices, Stories and Artforms. Everyone is welcome with the acknowledgment that there is:

NO ROOM FOR: Racism, Mysogyny, Machismo, Sexism. Anti LGBTQ or AntiPOC language

Overall Themes: Indigeneity, Blk+Brwn Identity, Femme Identity. Brujx Medicine, Survival, Culture, Resistance, Gentrification, Healing, Gender Equality, Overcoming Toxic Masculinity, Surviving Under Colonialism.
